Business Development Associate
- Create and build new relationships with prospective clients
- Manage accounts acting as the primary point of contact between client base and SCS management team
- Maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring all needs are being met on a timely basis and within clients budget
- Manage product-to-site shipment and technician availability schedule
Technician
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Knowledge and experience in structured cabling, fiber optics, and/or audio visual solutions
- Field experience in configuration and installation of hardware products, cabling, and networking
- Network installation experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at off-site client locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Windows products
- Evening and weekend availability will be required
Field Service Technician
- Field experience in configuration and installation of hardware products, cabling, and networking
- 2-4 years network installation experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at off-site client locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and Windows products
- Evening and weekend availability will be required
