In this stage of the project we will define all activities and requirements for completing the project. This will include the design and layout of your structured cabling system and your network infrastructure, determining the equipment/cabling manufactures, budgeting, and strategically determining the time frame for project completion.
In the execute stage of the project, we will take full control of the overview of the project and ensure that all sections of the project scope are being completed on schedule as planned. Here we will work with all vendors to resolve any issues that may arise and maintain the structure of all aspects of the project.
At the completion of the project we will continue to work with you and your team to ensure that your network infrastructure continues to run effectively and all of your expectations have been met. Routine maintenance is performed on your system to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
